The magical season continues.On Oct. 20, The Elgin Wildcats inched by the Pflugerville Panthers in a defensive slugfest to win 17-14, securing their spot in the playoffs.After the Wildcats failed to convert a fourth down that would’ve sealed the game, the Panthers had one final shot with less than two minutes to play. Elgin’s Rogelio Huitron made a crucial sack as the Panthers approached midfield, forcing Pflugerville to burn their final timeout.
