County recognized for ‘film hospitality’

After the Texas Legislature designated Bastrop County as the “Film Hospitality Capital of Texas,” Texas Representative John Cyrier visited the Bastrop County Commissioners Court to personally present the resolution to the court and members of the community. Bill HCR131, authored by Cyrier and sponsored by Texas Senator Kirk Watson, designates Bastrop County as the “Film Hospitality Capital of Texas” for a ten-year period, beginning this year.
