The Bastrop County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) is committed to ensuring that livestock owners take responsibility for the proper care of their animals.In accordance with that position, the BCSO Livestock Unit executed a search warrant at a property north of Elgin at approximately 9 a.m. on December 21.
