The historic restoration of the 1915 two-room schoolhouse only six miles west of Elgin has been delayed due to recent vandalism that destroyed several of the historic window frames and multiple 106-year-old wavy glass panes.The building was entered by vandals twice in a matter of days, with first the windows destroyed and paint thrown on the walls already carefully prepared for repainting.
