The Elgin Lodge #328, along with McDade ISD, honored the 2021-2022 Mirabeau B. Lamar Award recipients at the August McDade ISD board meeting. The Lamar award is awarded to students and educators in recognition of outstanding personal achievements in academics, citizenship, community service or sports. Receiving the Lamar awards were students Anna Rother and Christian Johnson, and teachers, Lisa Schmidt, Elementary; Darla Jackson, Middle School; and John Pederson, High School.  Congratulations.
