Local scouts adorn soldiers’ graves

Ahead of Memorial Day, local scouts visited Elgin cemeteries to lay new flags on the graves of soldiers and veterans. Scout troops 471, 472 and 473 visited Elgin’s Westbrook Cemetery on Wednesday evening and combed the cemetery looking for military gravestones.
