​Downtown Elgin’s monthly Sip, Shop & Stroll event featured a holiday-themed twist last Thursday. ​The combination of Christmas music, art, sweaters and lights signaled a town full of festive Elginites.​The Clever Tiger held an art exhibition consisting of various paintings inspired by winter weather and other seasonal elements.
