When the Elgin Historical Association opened the Elgin Depot Museum in 2002, four incredible people worked tirelessly to get it up and running.They are no longer with us, and for this first Dia los Muertos celebration in Elgin, the museumis honoring Ann Helgeson, Elwanda Lundgren, Francis Smith and Barbara Stockley.The exhibit opens on Thursday, November 4 from 5 to 8 p.m., plus Saturday, November 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.You are invited to visit and remember these special individuals who will always live in our hearts.
