Chelsea Schulz, 2007 graduate of Hallettsville High School, earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University Texas - College of Business in November 2018 with commencement ceremonies held on June 8, 2019 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
