Coupland’s annual Choo Choo Fest will resume after being cancelled last year.The event, hosted by the Coupland Civic Organization (CCO), will be on Sunday, September 26, on the grounds and in the Fellowship Hall of St. Peter’s Church of Coupland. As always, there will be a delicious barbecue dinner courtesy of Coupland’s Master Chef Peter Wabbel and pitmaster Bobby Hepner. The dinner will include pork loin, sausage, and chicken drumstick. All the side dishes will be homemade by CCO board members—potato salad, cole slaw, and beans.
