Juan Colmenero Sr. was born on May 6th, 1947 in Mathis TX, to Eduardo and Conrada (Trevino) Colmenero. It was evident that Juan was going to be a living testament to the value of hard work. At the young age of 8, he started working in the cotton and onion fields to help bring money into his household.
