It’s been nearly a month since the Elgin Wildcats volleyball team last tasted victory. After losses to East View and Pflugerville Connally last week, the Wildcats find themselves in the midst of a seven game losing streak. Their record fell to 5-20 overall and 1-8 in district competition. The margin between winning and losing has been tight for the Wildcats. They lost in three sets to East View with scores of 25-22, 25-23 and 23-13. Against Pflugerville Connally, they lost the first two sets 25-23 and 25-21.
