TAYLOR — The Bastrop High School boys varsity basketball team under Head Coach Eric Woods competed last week at the Taylor Tournament and won in its opening game 60-32 in dominant fashion over Austin Royals Homeschool.Following a close 63-51 loss at home Dec. 5 to Kyle Lehman High School, the Bears got back in the win column last Thursday over the Austin Royals.
