Roy Reyna Rangel, 48, of Taylor passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his wife and children on Sunday, August 16th, 2020. Roy was born on March 7, 1972 to Raymond and Elena (Reyna) Rangel. He grew up in Elgin with his three older brothers and one younger sister. Roy graduated from Taylor High School in 1991. He married his high school sweetheart, Patricia (Salazar).
