Danny Smith passed away unexpectedly, the morning of Saturday, July 11, 2020. He leaves behind a world of heartbroken family and friends. All who knew Danny loved him. Danny was born at the Hotel Dieu in El Paso, Texas. He grew up in Austin, Texas attending St. Louis Catholic School through the eighth grade, and Sydney Lanier High School, Class of 1975, and graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1979.
