Jimmy Earl Kylberg, 64, passed away peacefully, Friday, March 27, 2020. He was born September 3, 1954 in Elgin, TX at the Fleming Hospital and was a lifelong resident of Elgin, TX. Jimmy had a contagious laugh and was a natural when it came to making people smile.
