Jimmy Webb of Rockport, Texas, passed away August 7, 2020, following a month-long battle with the COVID-19 virus. Jimmy was born in Richmond, Texas on November 1, 1943 to Curtis Walter Webb and Alma Louise Winkler Webb.  He is survived by his brother, Curtis Webb, his son, Russell Webb, grandchildren, Jackson and Delaney Webb, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Jim dearly loved his son and all of his family.  He had a kind and caring heart and was respected and loved by all who knew him.
