Jeffrey Lee Mathis, age 46 of Elgin passed away on Sunday, March 24th, 2019. Jeff was born on January 31, 1973 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He moved to Elgin, Texas in 1986 and graduated from Elgin High School in 1991. Jeff worked his entire career at Austin Hi-Tech Restoration as an Estimator. Jeff also was an ordained minister and spent many years as a youth pastor at several churches including Family Worship Center in Elgin, Texas.
