James “Stone” William, 74, of Manor, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 10, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Connie Mae. He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, December 17th from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Saturday, December 18th at 3:00 PM with the Reverend Eric Tolliver presiding. Interment with Military Honors will follow at JJ Manor Cemetery. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
