Deacon Raymond Vincent, 77, of Elgin, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2022, surrounded by family.Family and friends gathered for a visitation on Monday, Aug. 29, at Elgin Funeral Home, from 6 until 8 p.m.  A homegoing celebration was conducted on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 11 a.m. at Mount Moriah Baptist Church with Pastor Steven Ward presiding. Interment was Thursday, Sept. 1, at Central Texas State Cemetery in Killeen.Arrangements and care entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
