Billie Irene Milburn, age 89, of Elgin, Texas, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. Billie has gone to join her beloved husband and soul mate Malcolm Ray Milburn in heaven.  She leaves behind three loving sons: Billy Ray Milburn, James Malcolm Milburn; and, Myles Wayne Milburn. Billie absolutely adorned her Grandchildren Mirriah Rayen Milburn, Kassidy Nicole Milburn, James Bart Milburn, Jacob Bret Milburn, Joseph Bradley Milburn, Joshua Myles Milburn, and Katie Elizabeth Milburn.  Billie also lived to see ten Great-Grandchildren.
