Betty Ruth Boyd Harper, 92, went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2020 at her home in Elgin, Texas. Betty was born December 18, 1927 in Houston, Tx. to parents Ola Mae Boyd and Alfred B. Boyd. She grew up in the east end of town, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School. Class of 1945.  She is preceded in death by both her parents, and her brothers Robert H. Boyd and Arthur B.
