Arthur Ray Russell, 85, of Bastrop, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Alice. He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, April 1st from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Saturday, April 2nd at 11:00 AM with Pastor Phillip Alexander presiding. Interment will be at Sayers Cemetery.
