Bastrop County Precinct 4 Commissioner David Glass and Precinct 4 Constable Joey Dzienowski have teamed up to address the illegal dumping and sign theft issues plaguing the greater Elgin area.As the county has been growing, the past few years have seen an increase in personal trash being dumped on the sides of roads and over bridges – not only is this an environmental issue, but it forces community resources to be spent on maintenance and removal.
