The next meeting of the McDade Extension Education Club (MEEC) will be at 1 p.m.Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Faith Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 230 Waco St. in McDade.  At this November meeting, the group will work on a craft project to use to decorate the tables for the Christmas Party. Everyone is asked to bring their glue gun and small sewing notions —beads, sequins, ribbons, etc.In November, the group will enjoy another “Cookie Party,” so everyone is asked to bring cookies, brownies, etc. to share.The McDade Club is currently the only Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Club in Bastrop County, but the group is open to everyone.
