Former Bastrop County Commissioner and retired United States Air Force fighter pilot Don Loucks has formally announced that he is seeking the Republican Party nomination for Bastrop County Judge. The incumbent, Paul Pape, announced that he is not seeking reelection.“After a lifetime of service to my country, I returned home to Bastrop County.
