Bastrop’s collegiate academy has national recognition.The top 10% of U.S. News & World Report's 2022 national rankings of America’s best high schools included Colorado River Collegiate Academy. The Bastrop Independent School District campus was also in the top 12% in Teaxas.U.S. News ranked approximately 17,840 public high schools nationwide and 1,481 Texas schools. Schools are ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation and how well they prepare students for college.
