Six Bastrop County residents disposed of their winter storm-related trash for free at the county transfer station in March.
During their March 8 meeting, the Bastrop County Commissioners Court voted to waive fees at the county’s transfer station for two weeks in March for disposing of certain kinds of debris related to February’s Winter Storm Uri. The qualifying debris included wet sheetrock, wet carpet, flooring and broken pipes.
