City reports positive results in junk vehicle enforcement

The City of Elgin announced the final results of a city-wide initiative to address issues associated with junk and/or abandoned vehicles. In recent years, the City has experienced an unsightly accumulation of junked vehicles in many neighborhoods that became a concern for both residents and city officials.
