Cheryl Lee files to run in Bastrop City Council special election Posted in: News Cheryl Lee, a fourth generation Bastropian, has officially filed to run in the January special election for Bastrop City Council Place 3 to fill the unexpired term of Lyle Nelson, who will be stepping down to run for Bastrop County Judge.
