Crystal Dumbeck became the new human resources director for Bastrop County last month. Dumbeck previously worked at the University of Texas at Austin as a human resource business partner and worked in various capacities in the School of Undergraduate Studies since 2014. Prior to UT, Dumbeck was a recruiter at Concordia University. A 2010 graduate of Tarleton State University, Dumbeck received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources.
