At last Monday’s meeting, county health authority Dr. Desmar Walkes first provided an update to the court about a vaccination clinic that the county held on the previous Friday, January 22 at Bastrop ISD’s Jerry Fay Wilhelm Performing Arts Center. Bastrop County Cares provided volunteers for the clinic, where 1,090 people were vaccinated.
