County becomes vaccine hub, approves plan

The Bastrop County Commissioners Court discussed the effort to distribute vaccines against COVID-19 at their most recent meeting on January 25. At last Monday’s meeting, county health authority Dr. Desmar Walkes first provided an update to the court about a vaccination clinic that the county held on the previous Friday, January 22 at Bastrop ISD’s Jerry Fay Wilhelm Performing Arts Center.
