President Vicki Dumbeck of Frontier Bank in Elgin wanted to spread some Christmas cheer and joy to families of Elgin this year. In the bank lobby is a display of a German Christmas Tree that is provided by Melissa Misselhorn who is the owner of Snow Village Studio. Misselhorn and her father, Franklin Boettcher, were the ones who assembled the tree. Every year, Misselhorn displays her villages to communities.
