Main Street America and The Hartford are pleased to announce that The Owl Wine Bar & Home Goods Store is one of three businesses in Texas to be selected as a first-round recipient of the HartBeat of Main Street Grant Program. Grants of $5,000 to $15,000 have been awarded to 67 brickand-mortar small businesses across the country.
