Elgin High School’s theatre program performed L. Frank Baum’s famous The Wizard of Oz musical over the weekend.The stretch of four shows, dating from Nov. 18 to Nov. 20, featured over 50 high school students along with 80 kids from Elgin’s intermediate and elementary schools. EHS choirmaster Cherisa Cromer directed the musical and has been doing so for years.
