The longtime leader of The First National Bank of Bastrop is retiring next year and will be succeeded by the bank’s chief financial officer. Reid Sharp, CEO and President of the Bank, will retire effective February 14, 2023.First National Bank’s board of directors unanimously voted to promote Chase Anderson to the role of president of the Bank, effective April 4, 2022, with Mr. Sharp continuing in the role of CEO until his retirement.
