The community of Bastrop came together to celebrate its 16th annual Empty Bowl Project this past Saturday.
Many people came through the doors that afternoon in hopes to make a difference in the lives of others. The Empty Bowl Project’s main goal is to raise money and use the proceeds to continue to provide nutritious food to single families, families with children and senior citizens in the Bastrop community.
