Elgin teacher given lifetime achievement award

Elgin Elementary School teacher Lindsey “Donna” Noonan was named the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Elementary award winner by H-E-B Excellence in Education. As a Lifetime Achievement category winner, she received $25,000 for herself and $25,000 for Elgin Elementary.
