The Dine Elgin First program invites the local community to sample more local restaurants. With every local dining experience, they can enter a weekly drawing to win gift cards for participating Elgin restaurants. A grand prize drawing will be held August 16 resulting in over $800 in local dining gift cards during the promotion.
