Although the annual march and program had to take a different format this year, Bastrop County celebrated Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday with speeches from county leaders and students. Bastrop County’s 32nd annual Walk for Peace, Justice and Equality, held each year on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, was hosted by Smithville this year.
