The Elgin Chamber of Commerce has created a special Western Days t-shirt to help us remember the 2020 festival that did not happen. The shirts include the Chamber Champions logos on the back of. They are now available for purchase for $15 at the Chamber office and at several other locations in the community. Purchasing a shirt helps the Chamber replace Western Days income.
