City residents may have noticed some fuzzy decorations popping up around Elgin Memorial Park, part of the Parks and Recreation Department’s Yarn Bomb the Park 2024 public arts project.Part craft and part street art, bollards around the greens have been topped with woven, knitted and crocheted installations demonstrating the creativity and talent that Elginites have to offer.
