Throughout the day on Saturday, downtown Elgin and several other locations throughout town hosted the work of artists and makers of all styles and mediums for Explore Elgin Art & Culture. The event showcased not only Elginites’ creativity and artistic talent, but the city’s history as part of the year-long Sesquicentennial celebration.
