Since a tornado hit Elgin two weeks ago, organizations and volunteers from near and far, such as a group from Team Rubicon, have stepped up to clean up and help homeowners move forward.Team Rubicon is an international organization specializing in disaster response, bringing in veterans as volunteers to help prepare and recover from disasters.
