Rodolfo “Rudy” Lozano Ramirez, Sr., of Elgin, went Home to be with his Heavenly Father, Sunday morning, September 20, 2020, at the age of 79.  Rudy was preceded in death by both his parents, Roman Ramirez, Sr. and Maria Lozano Ramirez; his sisters, Rosa Tamez, Rachel Segura, Ramona Ramirez, Rita Cuevas; and his brothers, Richard and Raymond Ramirez.  Rudy is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ernestina “Tina” Jimenez Ramirez; his three sons, Rudy, Jr. and wife Patty of Dallas, Roger Ramirez and wife Cecilia of Georgetown, and Rey Ramirez and wife Destany of McDade; his five grandchildren, Evan ...
