On a quiet Sunday afternoon, the back roads of Elgin were filled with the roar of motorcycle engines as a couple dozen bikers, followed by a handful of cars filled with Christmas presents, made their way to two local families’ homes like a modern-day version of Santa Claus’ reindeer-led sleigh.
