Bastrop squads victorious over rival Cedar Creek

​The Lady Bears soccer team won back-to–back games last week, and the boys tallied their first win in district.​The Bastrop girls are now 3-3 and rank fourth in district. The boys improved to 1-4-1 and must continue to stack victories to ascend in the standings.​After both squads fell to East View on Monday, Feb. 6, Bastrop looked to bounce back against the Elgin Wildcats the following night. The Lady Bears found themselves in a defensive slugfest on their home field versus the Lady ‘Cats.
