Robert “Uncle Rob” Vernon Shepard, 86, of Austin, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 19, 2022. Family and Friends will gather Monday, July 25th at Elgin Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will follow at 7:00 PM with Reverend Bunnie Stark officiating. Interment will be held Tuesday, July 26th at Evergreen Cemetery at 10:00 AM. Arrangements and care entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
