Maria Guadalupe Yannis, 78, of Austin, formerly of Taylor, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, early Friday morning, June 24, 2022. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 29th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church of Taylor, Thursday, June 30th at 10:00 AM with Father Alberto J. Borrvel presiding. Christian Burial will follow at Saint Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery of Taylor. Arrangements and care entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
