Deacon Lawrence Douglas Price, 93, of Elgin, Texas, passed away Sunday evening, January 23, 2022. Family and Friends will gather at Elgin Funeral Home for Vastation, Monday, January 31st from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM with a Wake Service at 6:30 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church of Elgin, Tuesday, February 1st at 11:00 AM with Reverends, Steven Ward and Lindsey Wilson presiding. Repast will follow at the church. Interment will be conducted at Paradise Cemetery South of Pearland, Wednesday, February 2nd at 2:00 PM. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
